I need a computer scientist

I am working on a trading signal service for cryptocurrency trading and need help creating and automating a Telegram bot, and connecting it to Binance. It would need to retrieve price data from Binance in order to send updates, as well as be able to work with the Binance API to create the trading bot itself. As the trader, I would send a signal with an Entry Price range, a stop loss price and 3 take profit prices, and I would need for the telegram bot to monitor the cryptocurrencies I send signals for and automatically send updates when they hit the take profit prices or stop loss price, show what % profit was achieved, and show the duration it took to reach that price target.
