develop a software for creating documents

I’d like a software wherein I can fill up certain variable data in a Form and it shall incorporate the same into templates and to give an output in MS Word format. It should also be able to prepare an invoice for the document generated and send it by E-mail to the client, to the mail ID that will be provided.
