develop a document Signature feature for existing Laravel web application

I need to develop a document to send to multiple and a Signature feature for the existing Laravel PHP, and MYSQL web applications running on Linux.
I would need you to develop this module and add this module to the current web application we have.
See attached document for more information. You Should have prior experience in this or must be 100% confident in developing this feature.
You can use any JavaScript library to make this new feature request happen
No front-end JS library such as Vue JS or Angular has been used. BUT You CAN USE any JavaScript library to make this new feature request happen
We require a document signature module to be added to this existing web app.
Overview of the project
Admin when updates members and company particulars, system will automatically generate a document from document templates. This document will be in format docx and can be downloaded by the admin.
Admin will upload a PDF to the system and will be able to create a document and annotate / mention / mark who needs to sign the exact place in the document. There will be one or more people that need to sign the document. Once this is setup admin will be able to email from the system immediately notifying the users to click on a link to sign the document. The users marked with specific location to sign on the document will have permissions to sign / type in/ only on their allocated spaces.
There will be no initial payment before commencement of this project. I will pay you only after you show me the deliverable for milestone 1 is completed and tested by me.
Timeline you will give me the time to complete this project. Earlier the better so I can give you my other tasks in this project.
