barcode based inventory management software for gemstones and jewelries.

This is md shan currently doing business in Thailand. I need an offline desktop inventory management software for managing my gemstone stocks.
I am already using a software now which was designed about 7 years. I need almost the similar function as i am using now but just more user friendly.
i will explain the points and basic features below.
The software should be completely offline and no installation should be required, the folder should contain an application file along with other program files like .dll and etc. So when we update the inventory and save some things like stock corrections, the complete update should be done under that particular folder only. (no files should be encrypted or restricted from copying or duplicating).
The software should be able to import/export from excel.
The software should have barcode generating and printing function (This label format should be editable, like adding the gem name, weight, quantity, cost code and etc, (This cost code is actual a 5 letter character generated by the system based on the cost we updated in the inventory, i will explain this later)).
And the software should have basic functions like full inventory printing, consignment printing, and etc.
The features I listed above are already that I am using it in my old inventory. We can have a teamviewer session where I can show you how the software should work.
Conditions: no advance will be given until the software is tested, iam really sorry but I had a nightmare experience with a guy in freelancer and I don’t want to get cheated again.
After the software is completed, full documentation will be required.
