automate image colors editing

I need a solution to edit the colors within an image file multiple times and fast.
The solution can come as a program or script. It does not matter as long as it does the job.
My goal is to enter an image file and have as an output a large variety of the same image in multiple color combinations. Every image result has to be unique.
