Windows UDP Command Sender/Receiver APP

I am in need of a Windows-only application that can send and receive commands over a UDP port. This app will communicate with another application on my local network.

Key Requirements:
- The app should have a user-friendly GUI.
- A dashboard displaying incoming UDP data.
- Options to send custom commands.
- A log of both received and sent commands.
- The app must also be able to work with TCP commands.

Ideal Skills:
