Windows 11 Taskmgr.exe Multiple Instances Upgrade

I'm seeking a skilled developer to modify the taskmgr.exe in my Windows 11 x64 to allow multiple instances.

I would like to receive a x64dbg patch file, so i can patch taskmgr.exe
