Windows Signature & Photo Kiosk Software

Job ID: 39839179

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m building a self-service kiosk and need a Windows application that can capture a visitor’s handwritten signature and a live photo, instantly print the resulting document, then forward the same data to both email and a chosen cloud storage account. All interactions must be touch-friendly so users can complete the process without staff assistance.

Here is what I expect to receive:

• A standalone Windows executable (or MSI installer) that launches in full-screen kiosk mode and blocks access to the underlying OS.
• Capture modules for (a) signature via touchscreen or compatible signature pad and (b) photo via an attached webcam.
• Automatic generation of a tidy PDF or image file that merges the signature, photo, timestamp, and any lightweight metadata I define.
• One-click or auto print to the default printer.
• Background upload of the file to both a configurable email address and a selectable cloud target (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, or S3) with basic retry logic and status feedback.
• Source code with clean, well-commented structure so future tweaks are straightforward, plus a short setup guide covering device drivers, camera settings, and email/cloud credentials.

The flow should be fast, intuitive, and resilient to network hiccups; if connectivity drops, the kiosk should queue files locally and push them once the connection returns.

Let me know any external libraries or SDKs you plan to use and your estimated turnaround time. I’m ready to start right away and will provide quick feedback on prototypes.
