Windows Rice Mill Management Software
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a complete Windows-based application that lets me run every stage of my rice mill from a single desktop. The core modules I must see working are:
• Paddy procurement – the screen should capture supplier details, record both quantity and quality parameters for each lot, and store the agreed purchase price so I can trace cost versus yield later.
• Milling process tracking – once the paddy is issued to production, I want to log each step, record losses and by-products, and have the figures feed the yield calculator automatically.
• Yield calculator – after milling, the system should show head rice %, broken %, bran, husk, and overall recovery in clear numbers and charts so I instantly know whether a batch met target.
• Gate pass management – we rely on simple manual entry and tracking, so the program must let my guard create a pass on the spot, print it, and later mark it as returned without any automated approval flow.
• Weighbridge integration – our bridge outputs weight via a standard COM/USB stream; the software should read it directly into both procurement and dispatch forms to avoid re-typing.
Key expectations
– Runs on current Windows 10/11 PCs without extra servers.
– Clean, tab-driven interface my operators can learn in a day.
– Secure login with role-based access (guards see only gate pass, accountants see reports, etc.).
– Standard reports in Excel/PDF: purchase register, milling yield summary, stock on hand, gate-in / gate-out log.
– Source code handed over at final sign-off.
I will consider the job complete once I can install the executable, connect to our weighbridge, enter a full procurement-to-dispatch cycle, and export each report without errors.
