Windows Restaurant POS Billing Software
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a ready-to-deploy POS application for my restaurant that runs natively on Windows laptops and touchscreen terminals. The core job is to deliver a billing system that lets staff enter orders quickly, split or merge checks, apply discounts and taxes, and print receipts without lag.
Table control is essential. I want an on-screen floor plan where hosts can see open, occupied, or reserved tables at a glance, create new reservations, and assign them to servers. The interface should switch seamlessly between touch input on a kiosk screen and keyboard/mouse on back-office machines.
Speed, stability, and an intuitive layout matter more to me than a long list of peripheral modules. Inventory tracking or employee scheduling can stay out of scope for now; what I really care about is rock-solid billing and table reservations.
Deliverables
• Installer or executable that runs on Windows 10/11
• Source code or build files (so I can maintain or extend later)
• Basic user manual or quick-start guide
• One online walkthrough to confirm all key flows: creating a reservation, opening a table, billing, and end-of-day report
The project is complete once the above flows work reliably on both a touchscreen terminal and a standard PC.
