Windows 10/11 Optimization Tool

I need a self-contained optimisation suite for Windows 10 and 11 that rolls every tweak found in risxntweaks Extreme into one cleaner, faster package, then pushes things further with extra performance boosts, stronger privacy hardening and wider visual customisation.
Interface
I enjoy the navigation flow, colour palette and typography of Aphrodite Tweaks, yet the look must feel fresh—no one should glance at it and call it a clone. Re-work the same structure and feel, but give it unique icons, spacing and micro-interactions so it stands on its own.
Control panel & licensing
A small control panel must let me toggle individual tweaks on or off at any moment. It also needs an HWID-locked key system: I should be able to generate, revoke and renew keys inside the panel, and an unauthorised machine must refuse to launch the tool.
Core scope
• Include every risxntweaks Extreme optimisation, plus your own added performance, privacy and UI tweaks.
• Build for x64 Windows 10/11 only, no third-party bloat outside the standard Microsoft runtime.
• Provide an installer, the full commented source code and a brief user guide.
• Tweaks must apply cleanly and roll back without breaking Windows Update, Defender or the Microsoft Store.
