Windows Desktop App Upgrade

I’m ready to release the next version of my Windows-based desktop application and need a developer who can take the current build, incorporate the planned feature updates, and package a clean, fully-tested installer. You’ll receive the existing source code, UI mock-ups for the new screens, and a concise change log outlining bug fixes and enhancements.
Key goals
• Refactor and extend the present code so the new functionality feels native, not bolted on.
• Maintain compatibility with Windows 10 and 11.
• Produce an installer that supports silent and standard setups.
Once you have everything running smoothly on a staging machine, I’d like a brief hand-off session covering what changed, how to compile, and how to push future hotfixes. If you have solid experience shipping polished Windows desktop apps—especially in C#, .NET, or similar frameworks—this should be a straightforward engagement.
