VetApp Ongoing Development & Optimization

VetApp is already live in its first iteration, but I want to take it much further. The immediate focus is straight-forward: I need an experienced partner who can jump into the existing repository and keep feature development moving. Along the way, I would also value a sanity check on architecture, performance tuning, and any polish you can offer on the UI. If you are comfortable with DevOps, even better—I’m open to guidance on CI/CD, hosting, and monitoring as the roadmap expands.

My biggest priority right now is assistance with day-to-day project development, specifically continuing feature work that is already scoped but not yet built. There is no hard deadline, so quality can take precedence over speed, yet I would like to kick things off within the next three weeks if our schedules align.

When you reply, please include:
• Your preferred engagement model (hourly, fixed scope, or retainer) and rates
• Your near-term availability window
• A couple of relevant project links and the stacks you used
• Any information you need from me to size the work accurately (repo access, user stories, screenshots, etc.)
• Confirmation you’re happy to sign an NDA before diving into the codebase
