Use ffmpeg to combine video files - and fix audio sync issues -- 2

I am using ffmpeg to combine video files from different sources. It works fine when the clips do not have audio, but when I add audio, it is not synced. I would like help creating the proper ffmpeg command to correctly concat the video files. I will provide sample video files.
