Ticket bot for Arsenal website

Hi, I am looking for someone who can create a ticket bot to work on the Arsenal website.

I need to be able to tell the software which game to look for "find tickets" and have it keep searching and advise me via email when something goes back on sale.
It would need to have the facility to work off of a proxy (or a list of multiple proxies in case one fails) and be able to search for more than one game at a time.
Must be able to navigate the human verifications and the limits of refresh on the website.
The software must be easy to use at our end (a basic UI??)
