I’m assembling a small, reliable team of articulate callers who can step into scheduled job interviews for U-S-based Software Developer positions on my behalf. Each call is conducted online, so you’ll need a quiet space, a solid internet connection, and the confidence to present yourself—while representing me—clearly and professionally.
Here’s how it works:
• I provide the interview link, résumé, and a detailed script that covers talking points, work history, and answers to common technical and behavioral questions.
• You join the session on time, follow the script naturally, and engage with the interviewer as though you are the actual candidate.
• Afterward, you send me a concise call summary highlighting any follow-up items or unexpected questions.
Because of time-zone alignment and accent neutrality requirements, I can only consider callers currently located in Malaysia, Singapore, or the Philippines. A strong command of English, familiarity with typical Software Developer terminology (agile, APIs, Git, CI/CD, etc.), and a calm on-camera presence are essential.
