Tech Industry Research Participants Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹601 INR
All you need to do is sign a consent form and attend a 20-40 minutes long online interview. I need 10-12 participants and the amount mentioned is PER PARTICIPANT. I am conducting research on the the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Motivation and Job Satisfaction in the Tech Sector (as part of my university degree) and am seeking participants who are either individual contributors or managers/leaders within the tech industry. If you own or are a part of an agency/company, your insights will be invaluable to this study.
Eligibility:
• You must be working within the tech industry.
• Participants can range from individual contributor level employees to managerial level employees, and even top organizational leaders.
• Freelancers interested in participating should own or be part of an agency/company.
Requirements:
1. Provide evidence of your role in the tech industry with a link to your LinkedIn profile.
2. Digitally sign the attached Consent Form before the interview.
3. Participate in an audio-recorded interview on MS Teams, which will also be transcribed.
Interview Details:
• Separate sets of interview questions for individual contributor level employees and managerial level employees/organizational leaders are attached.
• The interview will explore your experiences and perspectives on how transformational leadership impacts motivation and job satisfaction.
