SuiteCRM Custom Page Development

I'm looking for a developer familiar with SuiteCRM to create a modern and minimalist layout for our custom CRM Lead Object page. I have an Adobe file ready to share. We will make a custom widget with ~5 fields at the top of the page layout + change colors.

We are using the latest version of SuiteCRM.
