Software required for basic functions (Copy/Recursive actions etc.)

Software basic functions:

1. Location of the folders to monitor for any change of files (in size/new files/new name)
2. Location of the files to copy to
3. Always check Licensing with the server (uncrackable)
4. Activation method (Online/Offline with the key generated from Server)
5. Easy to use GUI with modern interface styles.


First Time:

1. Check all the files in the root folder including (Subdirectires + files) in recursive mode.
2. Make a list of all the files and saves the record of files and copy all the files into a separate folder.
3. Archive all the files into a compressed format including all the files and folders, the size of each compressed file in .zip (100Mb)

Re-Run:
1. Verify the list of records of the files saved earlier.
2. Find the difference between the record file and the files in the root folder.
3. Copy only the files changed from root folder to copy folder, including their respective folder if not exist.
4. Update the record file for next time re-run.
