Software development for social media automation posting from Shopify store

Greetings I am looking for someone that can develop software/script to automate my social media posting from my Shopify stores. The requirements/tasks of this software/script are as followed for the following platform

Post images from Shopify
Post videos from Shopify
Crop images based on a ratio (1:1,3:2, etc)
Frame images based on the ratio (For example frame is set to 3:2 and the image fits inside the frame, The
remaining space inside the frame small banner)
Select graphic frame top/bottom, text, price, + review
Assigned boards based on collections, tags, and type,.
Post product link and product description (Product description first 2 bullet points or max allowed)

Facebook

Post images from Shopify
Post product link and product description (Product description first 2 bullet points or max allowed)
Add/Spin #hashtags based on collections (5 Max per post)
Post videos from Shopify

Twitter

Post images from Shopify
Post product link and product description (Product description first 2 bullet points or max allowed)
Add/Spin #hashtags based on collections (5 Max per post)
