Software Engineering Manager / Lead - 6 months, 40 hours a week

One of our enterprise customer is looking for a Software Development Manager who can lead a team of software engineers and can do individual contribution as well.

-40 hours a week required
-Exclusivity preferred.
-Timezone: Indian time zone
-Looking for Individuals only!
-Project Length - 6 months to start with
-Bidders will be evaluated based on experience, online samples, interview and references.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
5+ years of Software Development experience; 3+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams
At least 1 year of experience working as an Engineering/Software Development Manager in a Startup Company
Deep hands-on technical expertise in mobile and/or web-technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Managed a team of 5+ engineers (Developers and Designers)
