US Software Engineer for Business

I need an experienced, U-S-based software engineer to help me architect and build an internal system that will streamline day-to-day operations and set the foundation for future growth. I already have clear business workflows in mind; what I’m missing is the technical expertise to turn those ideas into a secure, reliable, and maintainable application.
You will collaborate with me to refine requirements, recommend a sensible tech stack, and then take full ownership of implementation—from setting up repositories to deploying the first production release. Clean code, thorough testing, and straightforward documentation are essential, as this solution will be the backbone of several critical processes.
