Candidate Criteria
• 3+ hands-on software engineering experience across both frontend and backend stacks
• A U.S. location is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
• English at C1 level or higher for smooth collaboration with our clients
Process & deliverables
1. You share your latest CV (PDF or link) plus introduction video via loom.
2. I review, suggest targeted improvements, and reposition your achievements to match client demand.
3. Once you’re happy, I introduce you directly to the hiring teams and coordinate interview logistics.
