Software Developer for racing app

I have an old spreadsheet with MC Sim that calculated the number of times a jockey would gain most points in horse racing at a meeting, known as the jockey challenge. I would like a simple software app where I can input the data for each race and it does the calculation. Ideally, it would pull in the jockey and race data also.
The logic is not difficult and I can explain it to someone quite easily.
