We have Voter ID cards that are in Arabic. We need software to scan the IDs, extract the fields, and fill them into a web app. We also want to be able to generate new ids printed with Simcard containing the information, and we also want to be able to scan the cards and pull the id using the sim card scanned.
To sum things up:
Scan current cards with OCR, extract fields, and enter them into a web app with a database.
- Open the profile of the scanned person and program the smart cart sim with the person id.
- Ability to scan new cards sim and open up a saved profile on the screen.
