Simple software for 3D simulation of location

We want to hire software engineer, who will help us create a simple software for modeling of solar collectors at particular location. To make it easy to replicate the design, we want a black and white sketch without reflections.The two images below are examples of the style we want to have – some technical feeling, not a drawing but giving such associations. Picture (1)- A different solar collector, only as a reference to the style we want (more info about our solar collector i will provide later). Picture (2) - An example of style we are looking for.

We do have already made 3D model of solar collectors. We need a software which will allow us to place those collectors ot any location in the world.
