I’m looking for a recruiter who can quickly identify and attract top-tier Software development talent. The candidates must be senior professionals (5+ years) who work confidently with Python, Java and JavaScript.
Your role will cover the whole funnel—writing compelling job posts, actively sourcing on LinkedIn and relevant tech communities, screening résumés, running first-round video interviews, and handing me a curated shortlist. I’d also like brief notes explaining each recommendation and any salary or location considerations you uncover.
Deliverables:
• 5–10 qualified senior Software development profiles proficient in Python, Java and JavaScript
• Interview notes and assessment rubric for each candidate
• Summary report outlining outreach statistics and next-step recommendations
