Senior Dev with English Proficiency
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a fast-growing software agency that partners with US clients on web, mobile, and backend projects. What I need now is an engineer who can speak the language of both code and business.
You will join client calls, lead discovery sessions, clarify technical requirements, and represent our engineering team during proposal reviews and candidate interviews. Because the discussions frequently dig deep into architecture, scalability, and modern development practices, you must bring advanced, hands-on software development expertise—enough to field probing questions with confidence and to translate client goals into clear technical tasks for our delivery team.
Fluent, unaccented English and a natural, consultative communication style are vital; the primary measure of success in this role is the strength of the relationships you build and the trust you inspire on every call.
Day-to-day you can expect to:
• Attend scheduled Zoom or Google Meet sessions with prospective and active clients.
• Explain trade-offs in technology choices, timelines, and resourcing.
• Capture meeting notes and action items for internal follow-up.
• Coach our engineers for upcoming client interviews when needed.
If you thrive at the intersection of deep tech knowledge and polished client interaction, I’d love to hear how your experience fits this brief.
