Senior Coding Interviewer Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m lining up a series of software-engineering interviews and need a seasoned interviewer who can probe deep knowledge of programming languages—specifically JavaScript, Python, and Java—at an advanced level.
You’ll design a balanced technical interview that digs beneath syntax into architecture decisions, performance trade-offs, concurrency patterns, testing strategies, and language-specific idioms. During live video sessions you’ll guide candidates through whiteboard or screen-share problem solving, follow-up questions, and short refactor tasks, then document your impressions with actionable notes.
Deliverables:
• A brief outline of the question set for each language before the first interview
• Real-time interviewing of up to X candidates (exact count confirmed once we start)
• A concise written evaluation for every candidate summarising strengths, gaps, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation
If you regularly assess senior developers and are confident switching fluently between JavaScript event loops, Python’s async features, and Java’s JVM tuning, I’d love to collaborate.
