Project Description
We are looking for an experienced software developer / development team to design and build a secure, centralised gateway platform for our group of companies.
We operate multiple businesses, each with:
OTP to log in initially
Separate websites
Separate software tools
Multiple email accounts
Different hosting providers
Various domain names and renewal dates
Currently, everything is managed separately.
We want ONE secure platform where we log in once and manage everything.
Project Objective (Plain English)
Create a single login dashboard (gateway platform) that allows us to:
Access all company websites
Access all software platforms
Access all email accounts
Securely store and manage passwords
Track hosting, domains, and renewal dates
Receive renewal reminders and alerts
This platform will be used internally only (not public-facing). Core Features & Requirements

One master login to access the entire platform

Each entry should include:

Emails Section
List all company email accounts
Clickable access to webmail portals (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, custom webmail)
Optional grouping by company
Secure Password Manager
Encrypted password storage
Ability to store:
Website logins
Email logins
Server credentials
Software credentials
Copy username/password securely
Admin-only access to master passwords
Audit log preferred (who accessed what and when)
Servers, Hosting & Domains
A dedicated section to store:
Server details (hosting provider, login links, IPs, notes)
Domain names
Registrar details
Hosting providers
Renewal dates (domain & hosting)
Reminders & Alerts System
Automated reminders for:
Domain renewals
Hosting renewals
SSL renewals (if possible)
Email notifications before expiry (e.g. 30 / 14 / 7 days)
