Search, manipulate and re-save PDF

I am hoping to automate a process. I require a very simple windows based program that can search through a selected folder, to locate PDF files that contain a certain string of text within the document.
Based on this search it will then either leave the file if the string of text isn’t found or If this text is found I need it to open up the pdf, alter the same sentence at all locations within the file and remove the last page and then save the file.
