SMALL PROGRAMMING PROJECT
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The project will be a small calling service using Twilio. It doesn't need a UI really, just needs to work for now. The program will need to do 6 things,
1. make calls to a large list of numbers automatically
2. When answered, play an mp3 file.
3. leave an mp3 as voicemail if they don’t answer
4. give them the option to press a number on the number pad to be redirected to a different phone number.
5. give them the option to text back.
6. give them the option to call back where they will be redirected to a different number
