We are looking for an experienced AI/ML developer to build a comprehensive AI agent that automates resume analysis, candidate rating, and job matching. This system should be capable of parsing resumes, evaluating candidates based on job descriptions, and maintaining a searchable database of candidates for future job matching.

Supplementary Data Analysis: Process the candidate’s personal note to gain additional insights.
Resume Evaluation & Rating: Compare extracted data against job descriptions to determine candidate fit.
Data Storage: Save analyzed resumes and extracted information in a database for future use.
Interview Transcript Analysis: Extract relevant details from interview transcripts to supplement candidate assessment.
Part 2: Resume Matching

Candidate Matching: Search through the database of analyzed resumes to find the most suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and other relevant criteria.
Ranking System: Provide a ranked list of candidates who best match the job requirements.
