Restaurant POS Software
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m putting a brand-new dine-in restaurant together and need a complete point-of-sale solution built from the ground up. The system must run smoothly on standard Windows and android or browser-based terminals, handle every table in real time, and let my servers split or merge checks without a hitch.
Core payment support is non-negotiable: credit and debit cards must swipe or tap seamlessly, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) should scan instantly, and cash has to reconcile at shift-end with no surprises.
Beyond ringing up sales, the software should give me a live view of open tables, prompt staff when courses are ready, track ingredient-level inventory as dishes are ordered, and record each employee’s hours and sales for performance reviews. Fast, accurate billing—single or multiple receipts—needs to be built in, not bolted on.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Fully functional POS application tailored for dine-in service
• Source code and compiled installers (or cloud deployment instructions)
• A concise setup guide plus a quick-start manual my staff can follow tomorrow
• One week of post-launch support to squash any surprise bugs
If you have a proven track record delivering restaurant POS systems and you’re ready to dive straight into development, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this and which tech stack you’d recommend.
