Rental Boutique Booking Software

I run a dress-and-jewellery rental boutique and need a tailor-made software solution that keeps every booking, stock level and customer interaction in one place. The core of the project is a smooth booking engine: staff should be able to reserve an item for a specific date range and instantly see whether that dress or necklace is already committed. At the same time I want live inventory tracking for both categories, so quantities adjust automatically the moment an item is booked out and revert once it is returned.

Customer details—name, phone, past rentals—should be stored alongside each reservation, and the system must fire off automatic SMS reminders before pick-up and return times. A clean dashboard, basic analytics (what’s rented most, next-week demand), and the ability to export data to Excel or CSV will make daily operations far easier.

I’m open to whichever tech stack you are comfortable with as long as it runs reliably on Windows and can be accessed from two in-store PCs. Source code, a short user guide, and a quick remote hand-over session will complete the job.
