Remote IT Technical Recruiter -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to hand over the full recruiting cycle for my Information Technology hires and would like you to step in as my remote technical recruiter. From sourcing and initial outreach through to offer negotiation, you’ll build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified IT talent.
Here’s what success looks like for this engagement:
• Quickly understand each open requisition and craft compelling, accurate job briefs.
• Tap into LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and relevant online communities to identify passive candidates.
• Conduct rigorous phone or video screens that assess both technical depth and cultural fit, then present concise candidate summaries in my ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and keep every stakeholder—hiring managers and candidates alike—well-informed throughout the process.
• Track metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire so we can refine our approach with data.
While my immediate priority is IT, the actual roles can range from software development and system administration to emerging specialties. If you already have networks in those spaces, great; if not, your proven ability to learn new tech stacks quickly will be equally valuable.
Let me know about the tech tools and strategies you rely on, your average fill times, and a recent success story. I’m aiming for a smooth, proactive partnership that keeps our headcount plans on schedule.
