We are global software solutions company that connects skilled developers with international clients. As part of our growth strategy, we are planning to establish several offices in different countries including Iran, Pakistan, India, Afganistan, UK etc to strengthen our regional presence and provide local professionals with access to global opportunities.
To support this expansion, we are now hiring for two key roles:
1. Software Developer (Full-time, Remote)
2. Recruiter (Part-time, Flexible, Remote)
1. Software Developer && Interview Specialist
We’re looking for talented and motivated Software Developer with 5+ years of professional experience who are ready to work with international teams and deliver high-quality software products.
Requirements:
- Interview experience and skills in english
- Minimum 5+ years of professional development experience
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java or C#)
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development
- Excellent English communication skills (fluency required)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Remote work readiness and reliability
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with international team members
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement
Salary:
- USD 1,500 – 3,000/month, depending on experience and project placement with clients
2. Recruiter (Part-time, Flexible, Remote)
Requirements:
- Experience in technical or general recruitment (especially sourcing developers)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing flexible hours
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage interview coordination and candidate communication
- Support employer branding and hiring strategy
