Real-Time Microsoft Teams Audio Capture & Transcription to ChatGPT

Iam looking for an experienced developer to create a real-time capture audio from Microsoft Teams meetings, transcribe it in real time, and send relevant portions (ex: questions) to OpenAI’s ChatGPT API for immediate responses. The responses should be displayed in real-time. Using google cloud to speech text api or whatever else fits.
