Python OSINT Framework Development

Job ID: 40542949

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I’m building a professional-grade OSINT framework in Python 3.12+. The core already spans 2 500+ lines of clean, production-quality code organised into seven intelligence modules, but the final vision is a 16-module, fully modular architecture that investigators can tailor to any case.

Cross-platform compatibility is mandatory, so everything must run smoothly on Windows, Linux and macOS. A polished command-line interface powered by the Rich library will serve as the user’s primary touchpoint, and every operation should culminate in clear, well-structured HTML and PDF reports—both formats are equally important for my workflow, especially when handling digital forensics cases. Although my immediate priority is forensics, the tool must remain versatile enough for penetration testing, bug-bounty reconnaissance, incident response and security research.

Deliverables
• Complete, well-documented source code for all 16 modules
• Professional CLI with colourful Rich output and contextual help
• Re-usable HTML & PDF report templates matching the CLI style
• A thorough unit-test suite to ensure reliability across the three OSs
• Full developer and user documentation (Markdown or Sphinx)
• Sample configuration files that illustrate typical use cases

Acceptance criteria
1. Installation via pipx or Poetry with zero errors on Windows, Linux and macOS.
2. Running `osint --help` shows commands for every module and renders correctly in all terminals.
3. Executing the sample workflow produces identical HTML and PDF reports containing the expected data.
4. Unit tests achieve at least 90 % coverage and pass on GitHub Actions across the three target OSs.

If you have deep experience in Python architecture, Rich-based CLI design, and cross-platform packaging, I’m ready to share the repo and discuss the next milestone.
