Project Scope:
Deploy and validate a fully scripted, production-ready system (no development needed)

Key Note:
All code is complete. Focus is purely on:
• Server setup (Ubuntu/Nginx/Gunicorn)
• Configuring integrations
• Load testing & troubleshooting
Core Requirements:
✅ Proven Experience With:
• Python deployment (Flask, environment config)
• Server administration (Ubuntu, firewalls, cron)
• Device-based messaging platforms (not Twilio)
• Throughput validation (500+ messages/hour)

Screening Requirements:
To qualify, confirm in your proposal:
5. 2 examples of deployed WhatsApp/SMS systems OR 2 examples of capability to handle such.
6. Your process for:
o Configuring content expiration
o Preventing platform restrictions
7. Testing methodology for high-volume messaging
8. Availability for immediate start
