Pupillometry using VR headset

We are looking to use a HTC Pro VR headset with built-in infrared cameras and IR LEDS to record the reaction of the pupil to different coloured screens. We are looking to have some software that will allow us to record and measure the size of the pupil in real-time whilst also displaying coloured screens of a predetermined order.
