AI-Powered Day-Trading Bot Development

I'm looking for someone to help me develop an AI Day-Trading Bot for PC. For the "AI Day-Trading Bot" I'm going to lay out a decent set of rules. The bot should not in any way, shape, or form be tied with the developer post delivery. This has to be a client side only bot that doesn't connect to any credit cards, debit cards, crypto wallets, etc. Instead, we are going to link this to services such as Stripe, Skrill, or PayPal where buyer protection is set in place to prevent any scams, stolen banking information, or the equivalent. When money is placed into the bot from these payment platforms, the user will be able to manually set instructions such as stop limits (loss or gain) and amount allowed to be traded. Stop limits are essentially restrictions for the bot so it doesn't go above or below a set amount. For instance, if I give this bot $100 and set the maximum profit for it to earn to $1000 it will sell if it reaches $1000 and also sell when it begins to go below $100. This set of instructions limits the bot from ever losing any profit for the user and allows them to keep their initial investment. If you decide to be apart of this project, your account MUST be verified on freelancer.com (ID, email, etc.) to prove you are in fact a legitimate seller and not a fraud. I will also make you sign a forum before development indicating any profits stolen or missing will be reported to the proper authorities. I'm looking for a developer based out of the United States and will reject any offers made from outside this country due to time-zone differences, relevant laws, and overall trust to one another.
