About the Role

We are building an Al-powered platform designed to help individuals succeed in Software
Engineering interviews, including technical Q&A, live coding, and system design.

* What You'll Do

• Learn and apply the company's structured software engineering interview strategies

• Continuously grow your technical skills across data structures, algorithms, coding, and
system design

• Conduct mock interviews and practice sessions for candidates preparing for software
engineering roles

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to help candidates improve their performance
• Collaborate with the team to improve interview content and candidate experience

Who You Are

• Strong communication skills and ability in English to explain technical concepts clearly

• Detail-oriented with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Comfortable interacting with people and guiding them through problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Experience with any programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.)

• Familiarity with coding interviews, algorithms, or system design concepts

• Prior tutoring, mentoring, or interview preparation experience
