Pixel 3 GrapheneOS Cloning Tool

I run several Pixel 3 handsets on GrapheneOS and need a straightforward way to duplicate my primary phone—complete operating system, settings and chosen apps—onto more devices. I picture a Windows-only desktop application with a clean, friendly GUI that lets me plug a new phone in and replicate the master image with as little fuss as possible.
Core flow I have in mind:
• Connect master Pixel 3 → press “Create Image” to capture system, data and boot partitions.
• Connect target Pixel 3 phones (one after another or several in parallel if you can make that work) → press “Clone” and watch progress bars until each device is ready to boot.
Beyond the one-click cloning, I’d like two extra conveniences: the ability to produce and restore full backup files, and the option to tick or untick individual apps before flashing so I can share only what’s needed for a specific team member.
Please keep everything GUI-driven; no terminal windows for the end user. Under the hood you can call adb, fastboot, or any custom scripts—just package them so they run silently. A signed Windows installer and a concise user guide are the final deliverables.
