Outlook Email Automation for Specific Titles

I need help setting up Outlook for a specific task. When I receive an email with a pre-defined title, I want to automate a reply using the an email Address within the Content of the email. I just need a generic reply for now, no need to include specific information from the original email.
Ideally I'd like the person to be able to automate this task.
