OSI Toolkit

I need a GUI constructed with specific functionality. I need to be able to plug in and store API string queries and my API keys to call multiple API queries at specific time intervals. I also need it to be able to filter the API call results by keywords with AND/OR logic built in, and provide email and SMS alters. I need the functionality to place markers on a map inside the program, and have them set to alert users based on radius from the long/lat of the markers from the API call itself. Basically, what I need built is the GUI with the correct functionality. I will take care of the rest as far as adding API query strings, API keys, creating alert types, etc. I just need the functionality available to do so. The GUI will need both Administrative and User logins and privileges.
