About the Role
We are looking for a motivated communicator who is passionate about software development and confident in speaking with clients or interviewers.
Your main responsibility will be to conduct interviews that our customer support team schedules. Our technical experts will provide full real-time support, including scripts, tools, and guidance during interviews — making the process smooth and easy.
This is a profit-sharing opportunity, not a paid hourly position. Once a job is successfully secured, profits will be shared based on your performance and contribution (fully negotiable).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client or technical interviews in fluent English
Communicate confidently and professionally on behalf of DevGenics
Collaborate with our internal technical team for real-time interview support
Follow up on interview feedback and coordinate next steps
Grow into handling multiple interviews or clients over time
Requirements
Native or fluent English communication skills
Basic understanding of software development concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
Confident, professional, and passionate about learning
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Availability for 2–3 hours per day, flexible schedule
