Mid-Level IT Technician Needed
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I'm looking for a technician to help me with a variety of IT tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, administer, and maintain multi-tier IT systems, specifically in a remote capacity.
• Deploy and integrate primarily software applications, but also potentially network devices and security systems.
• Write and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Monitor and optimize systems for performance and reliability.
• Develop automation scripts for service improvements.
• Assist in knowledge transfer within the team.
• Manage incident/improvement tickets in a timely manner.
Ideal Candidate's Profile:
• Post-secondary IT education with a minimum of 2 years.
• Good knowledge in multi-tier system maintenance and ITIL service delivery.
• Strong understanding of system management, including cloud and GDPR.
• Proactive, self-starter with multilingual teamwork experience.
• English proficiency at B2 CEFR or higher.
• Minimum of 4 years in IT, with at least 2 years in relevant technology.
Your remote troubleshooting and support skills will be put to good use, as will your ability to deploy and integrate software applications. If you have a knack for writing clear technical documentation and developing automation scripts, we want to hear from you!
