Messaging and Calling Software

A system or a software for a college where a student registers himself with a fingerprint. Everyday he comes and scan his finger print. So his attendance is recorded. If a student does not come to college his parents would get an automatic voice call and message after and hour of starting of classes that their son/daughter is absent. It must be a simple one so that I can use it properly and could be seen and operated from my laptop.
