Make PhantomRoll Portable

I need assistance to make my Telegram-based stealth desktop app, PhantomRoll, portable and installable on any Windows PC.

Current Setup:
- C++ backend using TDLib
- Java frontend (GUI)
- Local socket communication
- Fully operational on my development laptop

Requirements:
- Remove hardcoded absolute paths
- Use environment variable paths for:
- Configuration files
- Log files
- Setup of environment variables is flexible; I welcome your suggestions

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in C++ and Java
- Experience with environment variables and Windows application deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills
